... many years before her accident, I worked with Taylor's dad, Todd. A spring break trip to Colorado changed everything for the Storch family. After a tragic skiing accident took the life of 13-year-old Taylor -- a vibrant and gifted girl -- her parents founded Taylor's Gift Foundation in an effort to encourage the giving spirit that she lived by.
Taylor's Gift has impacted thousands of people and inspires us all to outlive ourselves through the gift of organ donation. After learning more, I was profoundly touched by Taylor's story and especially by how her parents have turned their tragedy into life-saving work that helps so many.
